Rodeo

We had so much fun this year during Rodeo. I say during, because though we went to the parade, a tail gate party, and the carnival, we never actually went to the rodeo. The morning was perfect with just a cool breeze, perfect for the parade. We sat with Grandpa "Pa" Earl, and my friend Tiffany and her youngest son Kyle. From there we went to a great tail gate party that some friends put on at the rodeo parking lot every year. Steve did a wonderful job bbqing with barrels! Then we strolled down to the carnival where Kellen attempted to ride some rides, but got a little scared so we figure he can try them again next year. He and Andrew tried valiantly to win a gold fish at a booth, but were unsuccessful. Kellen came back with a vengeance at the Duck Pulling booth and won a little rubber ducky! The BBQ was so good that we were too full for the great Carnival Food, but we did treat ourselves with a Cherry Snow Cone and Cotton Candy. Kellen liked the Snow Cone best. It was a great Saturday out together!
